Update - more settling in and an offer on Gilroy

Still settling in of course, but getting things done.  Need to really wrap up things in Gilroy since we accepted an offer today on that house.  Not exactly what we were hoping for, we will have to write a check to get out of the house, but it could be a lot worse!  It definitely seems to be the right type of buyer we were looking for though, which is good for us and hopefully for the folks on Burchell.
