So much going on...

We're in a period of time where Chris and I are not seeing much of each other as I have to be in San Jose a bit this week and the next two weeks, so when she is home, I am not and visa-versa.

I have heard reports of all of the yard work that Chris and Vincent did the other day to rip out a bunch of overgrowth and open up the front yard quite a bit.  Can't wait to get home and see that!

Vincent has been a TREMENDOUS help to us and has been great to have up at the new place, I think Chris is ready to adopt him officially.

Will try to get some pictures up soon....

Wait...more babies

We heard chicks in one of the bird houses and looked inside, newborns!

Haven't seen the parents yet to identify them, but they are freshly hatched.

7/21/2010 update:  Sadly these chicks did not get to see flight.  Chris called me this morning and let me know that it looks like a raccoon or fox (or something) got in through the top of the birdhouse and we had no survivors.  I'll be securing the top of this birdhouse so it does not happen again.

First new babies on the farm

Molly's close shave

Molly got her first haircut in Georgetown today. This is her first haircut since her surgery, we had to wait awhile so her hair was pretty long and she was really hot. So we just buzzed her short and it looks really kind of funny!
